Getting started and KYC

Sign up with your mobile number and OTP, and complete KYC with Aadhaar OTP and PAN, plus GSTIN for Company accounts. Orders and LRs need a Transporter account. We can walk you through each step.

LR, bilty and invoices

Questions about auto-numbered LRs and bilty, GST invoice PDFs, the e-way bill number on an LR, or sharing documents as PDF and on WhatsApp.

Payments, POD and reports

Help with recording party and supplier payments, uploading PODs, and the P&L and GSTIN reports.

Live truck tracking

Setting up SIM-based tracking: the driver consents with an OTP on their own number and the location updates every 15 minutes. No GPS hardware is needed.

Importing your parties and suppliers

Send us your party and supplier lists as an Excel or CSV file and we will help you bulk-import them, flagging duplicates before they reach your books.

To help us answer faster

Please mention the mobile number your BilToz account is registered with, and the kind of account you use (Transporter or Company). For a question about a document, add the LR or invoice number. For a tracking question, add the truck number and the driver's mobile number that was used for the OTP consent.
